Dr. Savite earned her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology in 2020 from Pepperdine University. She completed internship and postdoctoral training with the United Stated Navy as an active-duty Lieutenant, working in a variety of clinic settings. Prior to doctoral schooling, Dr. Savite completed a double Master’s in Counseling at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Moravian University. Dr. Savite is licensed to practice psychology in California and Iowa.

Dr. Savite has worked in a variety of clinical settings to include outpatient, inpatient, clinics, hospitals, and even forward deployed on an aircraft carrier. Additionally, she has seen patients across the lifespan for both therapy and neuropsychological assessment. As a former Navy psychologist, Dr. Savite is very familiar with service members and military systems. Her specialties include neuropsychological testing for children, teens, and adults, as well as, treating a wide array of concerns including: trauma, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, mood disorders, stress/life transitions, sleep disorders, LGBTQ+ issues, grief, and chronic pain. Dr. Savite comes from a strengths-based and eclectic approach drawing from many evidence-based therapies. She is certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE).

Dr. Savite grew up on the East Coast, but has been living in California for almost 8 years and has fully converted to the West Coast mindset. She played volleyball in college and is finding new ways to stay active here in San Diego. Really enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, participating in sports leagues, hiking, live music, and playing with her dog.
