Certified Yoga Therapist & MFT-Trainee

Kendall began working as a yoga teacher in 2016. After discovering the benefits of yoga for relief from symptoms of post-traumatic stress and anxiety, she became a yoga therapist. Kendall attended The Soul of Yoga Institute’s Yoga Therapy Program. Since 2018, she has worked with military and first responder groups including; The CAL Fire Training Center, Wounded Warriors Foundation, The Iverson Foundation for Active Awareness and O2X Human Performance. She is currently in a Master’s program working as an MFT-Trainee with San Diego The LGBT Center and will be graduating with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology in Spring 2026.

Kendall specializes in working with first responder and military organizations. She applies yoga based interventions rooted in breath-work, mindfulness and somatics for nervous system regulation and mind-body healing.

Kendall believes that healing often resides in tapping into one’s own intuition and inner knowings. She believes in guiding clients to live a life aligned with their personal values and empowering them towards their goals. She uses a holistic, existential and strengths-based approach to therapy in her work.

In her personal life, Kendall is an avid-outdoorswoman. She loves to rock climb and hike, spending most vacations exploring new climbing areas. She also applies her yoga and breathwork knowledge on the wall to cope with the high-stress nature of climbing. She loves creative and playful hobbies like art, playing music and movement modalities like dance and acroyoga. She believes in practicing what she preaches, taking the time to nourish herself when she’s not at work.
