Natalie attended and received her Master’s in Social Work from San Diego State University. Natalie is currently licensed in the state of California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Natalie brings extensive clinical expertise in addressing complex and often intersecting challenges such as trauma, psychosis, substance use, Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC), and intricate case management within the framework of Lanterman-Petris-Short (LPS) conservatorship. Her extensive work with diverse populations—including children, adolescents, adults, military families, and couples—has honed her ability to thoughtfully tailor therapeutic interventions to the unique circumstances and strengths of each client.

Grounded in a strength-based, collaborative approach, Natalie skillfully integrates a broad spectrum of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Family Therapy. She is deeply committed to fostering a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to confront their challenges, cultivate resilience, and embark on meaningful personal growth.

Natalie’s clinical perspective is enriched by her diverse experience across outpatient clinics, hospital settings, Medi-Cal certified programs, private practice, and county behavioral health systems. This varied background allows her to provide a holistic, integrative approach that honors each client’s individuality. She combines clinical expertise with genuine warmth, approachable humor, and adaptive flexibility—always shaping her work to meet clients where they are and to support their journey toward healing, balance, and authentic well-being.

Natalie has collaborated with county behavioral health systems, non-profits, and private mental health organizations across the San Diego region. She has also provided clinical supervision and training for interns, associate clinicians, and paraprofessionals, and enjoys supporting the growth of future mental health professionals.

Natalie values authenticity, connection, and balance—both in life and in her work. Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys making art, dancing, traveling, going to concerts, being outdoors, and spending time with her dog, Frank Sinatra. She brings warmth, humor, and creativity into her work and strives to create a safe space where clients feel supported and empowered.

Natalie believes that therapy is a collaborative process where people can feel truly seen and heard. She is passionate about helping clients increase self-awareness, build resilience, and reconnect with what matters most. With compassion and curiosity, she helps individuals create space for healing, growth, and greater well-being.

Hello, I’m Natalie.

As a therapist, I believe in creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering—a space where you can show up fully, even when life feels heavy or uncertain. I bring a strength-based and integrative approach to therapy, combining warmth, authenticity, and a touch of humor to help clients feel seen and supported as they navigate life’s challenges.

I believe that healing happens in connection, and I strive to meet each person where they are, honoring their unique experiences and strengths. Whether you’re working through trauma, navigating life transitions, facing mental health challenges, or simply seeking a space to grow, I want to walk alongside you. I’ll help you build insight, deepen self-awareness, and develop tools to move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values.

In my 8 years in the mental health field, I’ve worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a variety of settings—including hospitals, outpatient clinics, Medi-Cal programs, long-term care facilities, and private practice.

My clinical style is collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Therapy. I am especially passionate about helping people reclaim their sense of self, rebuild balance, and move from surviving to thriving.

Outside of work, I love creating art, being outdoors, dancing, traveling, and spending time with my dog, Frank Sinatra. I believe in bending rather than breaking—and I bring that philosophy into my work with others every day.
