Pamela is a native Texan but loves to call San Diego her home; and as a military spouse is proud to be a SoCal transplant. She says that yoga saved her life and yoga therapy enhances it every day. Using the tools of yoga to manage her physical, mental, and emotional health gives her a personal perspective along with her professional training that is the perfect mix of insight and experience to help her connect with her clients. Having worked with everyone from individuals who need to ease suffering and reach their goals, to targeted groups hoping to improve a collective condition; Pamela infuses a sense of humor with her sharp intuition to offer sessions that bring deep curiosity and exploration along with lightness and joy. She is dedicated to helping people cultivate their own practice that they can always have available for their own healing. Pamela has a grown daughter, three rescue dogs, and some fun hobbies such as hanging at the beach, traveling in her camper van, singing karaoke that she is pretty good at and playing golf that she is not. You can also find her around town bringing joy in a unique way by doing standup comedy and theatrical performances.
Pamela’s philosophy revolves around the transformative power of gratitude in nurturing mental health. She also believes in the significance of sitting with discomfort, acknowledging its presence, having curiosity around it, and embracing it as a catalyst for growth. Through her work, Pamela guides people to cultivate gratitude as a tool for navigating life's challenges with resilience and authenticity. Central to her approach is the belief that amidst hardship, there is always room for joy. By fostering a practice of gratitude, Pamela empowers her clients to not only find solace in difficult moments but also to uncover moments of genuine joy and connection, leading to a more balanced and fulfilling life.
