Everyone deserves tools that empower them to improve how they feel. Yoga is a rich resource of such tools, which allows each individual to build a personal practice that supports their needs, exactly as they are. I believe that this individualized approach and empowerment of the practitioner are what make yoga therapy such a powerful addition to healing spaces.
