Dr. Andreski earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology in 2014 from Palo Alto University in California, where she also completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. She received her Bachelor of Arts degrees in English, Spanish Language and Literature, and Psychology from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan in 2009.

Dr. Andreski completed five years of extensive clinical training within Veterans Affairs (VA) hospitals across the country. She completed her predoctoral internship at the Syracuse VA Medical Center with an emphasis in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Trauma. She then went on to complete a postdoctoral fellowship at the Long Beach VA Medical Center, specializing in Spinal Cord Injury and Disease.

Dr. Andreski has over 20 years of experience working with military service members, veterans, and their families as they navigate trauma, operational stress, and life transitions. Through her work in the Department of Veterans Affairs and as a civilian provider for the United States Navy, she brings a strong understanding of the complexities of military life and reintegration, and supports clients in building resilience and moving forward.

Her current clinical focus is on trauma-informed, evidence-based care, helping individuals process the lasting impact of trauma and reconnect with a greater sense of stability, purpose, and well-being. She is trained in and provides Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), tailoring treatment to meet each individual’s needs.

Her specialties include trauma-informed, evidence-based care for individuals experiencing the lasting impact of trauma, as well as stress-related concerns, adjustment difficulties, and mood disorders including depression and anxiety.  Additionally, she works with families who have experienced perinatal and infant loss, as well as postpartum anxiety and depression, as well as sexual pain disorders in women.

Dr. Andreski takes an integrative, collaborative, and client-centered approach to treatment. She works alongside each individual to develop a personalized plan that supports movement beyond survival mode and toward a more meaningful, connected life. Her work emphasizes resilience, practical coping strategies, and sustainable change using evidence-based practices.

Dr. Andreski grew up in Metro Detroit, Michigan, and remains deeply committed to the continued growth and success of the Detroit community. She has contributed more than 12 years of service with Life Remodeled, supporting community revitalization efforts.  She continues her community outreach efforts near her home in Northern California.  She hates yoga and when her doctor told her to try it, she took up kickboxing instead.  Outside of her professional work, Dr. Andreski enjoys spending time outdoors, riding horses and surfboards, and is rarely without an iced coffee in hand.
